Risk Officer, China CRO Office- Risk, VP

Citi’s Risk Management organization is seeking a high-caliber professional to join their team as Vice President, Risk Officer – China CRO Office. The role will oversee risk-related regulatory and governance matters in Citibank China Company Ltd and support the Citibank China CRO Office Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• 8 + years of Risk experience in a global organization.
• In-depth knowledge of risk policies, procedures, standards, NFRA regulatory frameworks, banking products and services.
• Experience with coordinating regulatory reviews and responding to regulatory requests and surveys.
• Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex information from multiple sources for production of reports, presentations for senior audiences.
• Excellent English and verbal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage several programs simultaneously to meet projects’ deadline or regulatory timeline.
• Ability to work under pressure and cope with unpredictable but time-sensitive requirements.
