The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by acting as a strategic partner to Choozle’s clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably in digital advertising or ad tech.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad platforms (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Marketing Platform, Xandr, Facebook Ads, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and providing actionable insights to clients.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solver mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.
