Product Manager – Marketing Enablement and Activation. Collaborate with leadership to define product vision and align it with business and digital strategy. Manage product backlog, prioritize user stories, and champion continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Agile and adaptable, with proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities
  • Leadership and mentorship capabilities, with passion for fostering team growth and development
  • Strong experience partnering closely with Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and deliver scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated experience enabling personalization at scale and understanding of CDPs support marketing use cases
