Requirements
- Build relationships with new clients and maintain existing client base
- Coach clients on all aspects of Medica’s programs/products and client implementation
- Resolve service issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Work with fully insured and self-funded clients
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements
