The role involves working on major programmes to deliver customer outcomes and requires a strong business leader with a successful track record of complex selling, sales targets, and matrix team management.
Requirements
- Strong business leader with a demonstrable successful track record of complex selling
- Meet sales targets, manage matrix teams, lead across multiple functions, and foster collaboration and accountability
- Hold current Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV or be willing and eligible to undergo DV vetting
- Experience working in or with Home Office
- Strong executive presence, high-level stakeholder management, relationship development and ongoing management, both internally and externally
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitor landscapes
