Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
