Pernod Ricard Netherlands is seeking a Field Sales Manager On-Trade to drive commercial performance and lead a team of six Account Managers. The role involves cultivating strategic relationships, developing sales strategies, and optimizing sales outcomes across the On-Trade channel.

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of the on-trade market and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Analytical skills with data-driven decision making and P&L management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
