The Customer Marketing Manager will lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the Provider journey for Labcorp’s Oncology business, designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of marketing experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and/or life sciences and healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline
- Exposure to or understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem
- Proven success leading omni-channel marketing programs
- Deep expertise in channel strategy, campaign orchestration, and channel optimization
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and audience segmentation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with excellent project management and analytical capabilities
