Customer Marketing Manager – Oncology

The Customer Marketing Manager will lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the Provider journey for Labcorp’s Oncology business, designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and/or life sciences and healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline
  • Exposure to or understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven success leading omni-channel marketing programs
  • Deep expertise in channel strategy, campaign orchestration, and channel optimization
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and audience segmentation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and analytical capabilities
