We’re looking for a Senior Communications Manager to join our team and help us deliver our communications strategy. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in communications, a strong understanding of complex communications channels, and experience in project management. They will work collaboratively across teams to develop and implement communications strategies that drive awareness and engagement for our Customer Experience Transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience as a communications professional in a large, complex, and highly regulated organisation
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline in a large and complex organisation
- Project management skills to ensure that large-scale programs are planned, run and evaluated efficiently and consistently
- Experience in developing, executing, and evaluating communication plans and campaigns
- Exceptional oral, written, and editing skills with an excellent understanding of a wide variety of communication channels and techniques, including digital communications
- Highly organised and efficient, and the ability to work through ambiguity
- Demonstrated leadership of teams, interpersonal, change communication and project management skills
- Understanding of issues and reputational impact
