Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing and/or distribution
- Understanding of Non-Life and Life Protection insurance products and of bancassurance model
- Analytical skills to interpret commercial results and transform data observations into actions
- Great organizational skills and hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication (written & oral) and stakeholder management skills
