Requirements
- Native-level Japanese fluency (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, growth, recruitment, or related roles
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience engaging with businesses or senior stakeholders
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage outreach pipelines, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
