The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as our Front Office Receptionist. This is a key role that serves as the friendly first point of contact for our customers, partners, and visitors while supporting a wide variety of essential day-to-day operations. The person in this position plays a vital part in keeping our office running smoothly and contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide excellent front-line customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, technical support questions, and product-related calls
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, including coordination of shipments and deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Take and distribute meeting notes
  • Support sales efforts by following up on leads, assisting with customer orders, and earning performance bonuses on completed sales
  • Assist with general office organization and other administrative duties as needed

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in multitasking, and thrives in a small-team environment where their contributions are highly valued and visible.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, customer service, or administrative role (experience in shipping/receiving or technical support is a strong asset)
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with a professional and friendly phone manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software/systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while remaining calm and positive
  • A customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn our grain management products and provide basic technical support
  • Enthusiasm for the agriculture industry is a plus!
