LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator in the Fort Myers / Sarasota area to bring marketing to life across multiple communities by planning and executing community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
