We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for Hrmony, a leading German SaaS platform for digital employee benefits. The ideal candidate has experience in leading a marketing team, is familiar with B2B SaaS marketing, and has experience with AI agents and automated workflows in marketing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a marketing team
- Fundamental experience in the B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product marketing
- Data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in building and using AI agents and agentic workflows in marketing
