Minor Hotels is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing activity across a portfolio of three regional properties in the Hunter Valley and the Snowy Mountains. The successful candidate will have proven hospitality experience and a proven track record in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals, ROI, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager / Local Area Marketing Manager role
- Hospitality industry experience is essential – hotels, conferencing & event venues, F&B, or wellness environments preferred
- Strong marketing skills across all channels, including copywriting, campaign development, creative development, and reporting
- Experience working within a matrixed marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns
- Proven ability to manage and deliver successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals, ROI, and revenue targets
- Hands-on, proactive approach to local area marketing with excellent project management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving marketing trends
- Ability to analyze campaigns and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends
- Strong relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Highly creative, process-driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo to achieve superior results
