Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, editorial operations, digital publishing, event/webinar production, or content production
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable tracking details across many moving parts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate across teams with clarity and professionalism
  • High attention to detail and quality-control instincts (especially around accuracy, disclosures, and delivery specs)
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; able to anticipate needs and reduce friction in the process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
