Join Optus as our next GTM Merchandising Manager, driving how our brand shows up across 260+ retail stores nationally. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Requirements

  • Strong national retail merchandising experience and confidence managing complex, multi‐store execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder and account management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate widely.
  • Experience with planogramming platforms (Optimum Retailing highly regarded).
  • Solid project management capability with the ability to manage overlapping deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem‐solving and comfort working in fast‐moving environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
