As a Director of Driver (supply) growth, you will support driver planning and hiring results for all Zum yard locations, forecast driver needs, and enhance the driver onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in statistics, HR, mathematics, economics, or MBA
- 10+ years of domain experience including experience leading a workforce planning team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in deriving insights through data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into the data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
