Flo is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Web) to lead web user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social channels and drive incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of performance marketing experience and expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat)
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
- Proficiency using tools like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar BI platforms to analyze and present performance data
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
