Requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis by applying advanced statistical methods to extract meaningful insights
  • Generate regular reports that detail findings and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems tailored to S&C that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Investigate, analyze, and inform on critical projects and business initiatives
  • Formulate strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis, advocating for evidence-based actions
  • Source data from both primary and secondary channels, ensuring a high quality flow of reliable data
  • Oversee the integrity and maintenance of data sets, flagging and escalating data issues as they are identified
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations from these trends to diverse audiences
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define opportunities to refine business processes, leveraging data to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors
  • Facilitate data literacy workshops for team members, enhancing the organization’s overall data competence
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and compliance of data handling and storage practices
  • Monitor industry developments and technological advancements to keep data management practices up-to-date
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to the senior leadership team
