Ollie is looking for a Data Analyst to join the cross functional team responsible for building subscription retention and member loyalty. The role involves leveraging data to optimize the member experience, working with a cross-functional team, and driving analytical excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, lifecycle analytics, retention analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- SQL, Excel, and applied statistics (test design & measurement, multivariate analysis, modeling)
- Subscription-based metrics (retention/churn, LTV)
- Ability to source & join information from various places (web & analytics platforms, curated reporting tools, production databases)
