The Human Capital Data Analyst role involves using data analytics expertise to support client and stakeholder relationships, researching and developing data methodologies, and presenting data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
- Experience identifying and collecting data using various tools and methods
- Experience with quantitative data analysis, performance measures, data cleansing, metrics analysis, and applied research
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
