The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is hiring a Data Analyst III to perform moderately complex data analysis and research for the Financial Regulation Division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for public service and experience with data visualization tools and SQL.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in data science, business analytics, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or reporting work.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience using SQL (Structured Query Language) for data querying and analysis.
