FP&A Analyst

Skin + Me is a mission-driven start-up with big skin goals. We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team. The role is a hybrid working position with three days a week in our Paddington HQ and two days working from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in FP&A, and a passion for driving data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by exceptional experience in FP&A
• Significant experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or strategy role
• Proven track record of building financial models and delivering insight that directly influences business decisions
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SQL, BI tools or financial planning software
• Deep understanding of subscription / DTC / eCommerce economics
