Director of Revenue Operations

TRULEO is building AI-powered agents and investigative tools for law enforcement agencies. We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own and build our revenue engine from the ground up, requiring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles, deep expertise in HubSpot, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership roles
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot (required)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue infrastructure in a high-growth environment
  • Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics
  • Experience owning or supporting quote-to-cash processes, including billing and invoicing
  • Experience building systems for renewals, expansion, and customer lifecycle management
  • Highly analytical with strong business judgment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional execution skills
