The role requires 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record building marketing from scratch at Series A/B companies.
Requirements

- Experience marketing complex technical products to enterprise buyers
- Generated pipeline for products with $100K+ ACVs and understand long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Brand builder, not just a demand gen operator
- Demonstrated success operating as a small team with limited resources
- Technically fluent enough to understand and communicate our value proposition
- Data-driven with strong systems thinking
- AI-native in your marketing practice
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
