Business Development Representative – US Market (Fully Remote)

We are a leading global next-gen insurance platform for health, life, and P&C, working with insurance enterprise clients such as AXA, Bupa, MSIG, Marsh, Sun Life, Dai-ichi, and many more. We’re an international, diverse team of over 250 people with 40 nationalities and team members working remotely from all over the world.

Requirements

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach role for an IT/SaaS/tech company
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling)
  • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus
  • Must be based in the US/Mexico/Canada
