Business Development Manager – Sustainability (Caspian)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or project management, ideally within Türkiye or the wider CIS/Caspian region
• Proven experience in sustainability business development, proposal writing, and tender management
• Strong technical expertise in GHG Protocol, ISO 14064/14067, GRI, TCFD, SBTi, LEED/BREEAM, and carbon market mechanisms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with capacity to manage multiple projects across different countries
