Client Success Mgr. (Digital Marketing) hybrid

As a Client Success Manager, responsible for ensuring client success and satisfaction by providing strategic guidance and tailored digital marketing and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in client/account management in the digital marketing and/or technology industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in Project Management Methodologies (i.e., Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong analytical skills
• Skilled in motivating and guiding teams
• Excellent listening, negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills
