Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, assist in contract preparation, and coordinate project delivery. Act as a point of contact for customers and prepare regular shipment reports and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
- Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers
- Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- English language skills at C1 level
- Bulgarian at C2 level
- Chinese at B2 level is a plus
