Sales and Partner Enablement Manager

As our Sales and Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll own the content, tools, and programs that equip both our internal sales team and our channel partners to confidently sell and position Cylinder, a virtual health platform for digestive issues.

Requirements

  • 3 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or product marketing in digital health, benefits technology, or B2B healthcare
  • Experience with both internal sales teams and external channel partners
  • Fluency in employer benefits and health plan sales cycles
  • Comfortable translating clinical or technical content into accessible, compelling commercial language
  • Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot; familiarity with content or enablement tools a plus
  • Sharp written communicator
