Marketing Manager (w/m/d) – Regional Brands position at Brau Union Austria with focus on safety, portfolio strategy, marketing activities, team leadership, and market outcome.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business economics with relevant specialization
  • 5 years of experience in a comparable position
  • At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
  • Experience in the FMCG industry (especially in the beverage industry, especially beer, wine, and spirits) is preferred
  • Enthusiasm for brand management and creativity
  • Comprehensive understanding of consumer insights, audiences, and media touchpoints
  • (Agile) Project management skills
  • High enthusiasm, assertiveness, and will to shape
  • Flexible, open personality with high goal and result orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Consumer- and customer-centric thinking and action with high problem-solving orientation
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • International experience is explicitly welcome
