Requirements

  • Work style: Structured, strategic, and independent. Can assert self on an equal footing, convey complex topics clearly, and enjoy working across departments.
  • Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector, ideally with a focus on manufacturer steering, portfolio, or business management.
  • Business skills: P&L responsibility, business planning, forecasting, QBRs, and strategic presentations.
  • Soft skills: Assertive, communicative, and move sovereignly in complex stakeholder structures. Can balance different interests and bring clarity to discussions.
  • Languages: Fluent in German, very good in English.
