Act as a strategic architect for the digital transformation of customers in the construction industry, accompanying them beyond the platform use and acting as a trusted advisor at the C-level.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in strategic customer management (SaaS) or in management consulting with a focus on transformation and process optimization.
  • In-depth expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to safely moderate complex organizational changes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and absolute negotiation security at the C-level.
  • Strong analytical skills to penetrate complex process landscapes in the construction industry and translate them into data-driven strategies.
  • High level of empathy and persuasiveness to inspire customers for new digital ways.
  • German and English at native level (C2) for secure and sovereign communication in a professional environment.
