The Functional Lead, Medical & Customer Experience role drives enterprise-aligned strategy and high-impact financial decision-making. The successful candidate will shape investments, ensure resource optimization, and deliver on financial commitments in a high-pressure, agile environment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience (Pharma/Life Sciences preferred) with a proven leadership track record.
  • Champions digital upskilling and the application of AI/digital tools across the function to elevate insights.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, resource-constrained organization.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
