Requirements
- University degree in Business or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience (Pharma/Life Sciences preferred) with a proven leadership track record.
- Champions digital upskilling and the application of AI/digital tools across the function to elevate insights.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate cross-functional environments.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear insights.
