As a Strategy and Operations Lead for the Business Operations team, you will serve as a key strategic partner for the GCS APAC business, leading analyses to solve high-priority challenges for the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with advanced Google Sheets (modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas); with foundational knowledge of SQL for data extraction and exploration
- Ability to partner with and influence executive leaders, navigating organizational complexity to align various teams around shared regional goals
- Ability to manage the full project lifecycle, transitioning from high-level strategic design to granular execution
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across regional and global teams to drive unified business outcomes
