We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to drive the EMEA analytics agenda, own stakeholder management, and influence the roadmap. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics and KPI design, with a proven track record of improving marketing performance using data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics and KPI design
- Proven track record of improving marketing performance using data-driven recommendations
- Hands-on project management experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in marketing-funnel analytics and attribution
- Strategic thinking with effective prioritization of multiple projects
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency with web analytics tools and Power BI (or Tableau)
- Experience in the financial services industry (preferable)
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Adobe Launch tagging governance (preferred)
- Ability to work with Python and/or SQL (desirable)
