As a Senior HR Business Partner for Wrike’s Global Go-To-Market organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth and employee development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment
  • Organizational design experience
  • Coaching and influence ability
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Senior-level understanding of local labor laws and employee relations
  • Technical literacy in G Suite and Project Management tools
