Wrike is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (GTM) to join their team and help redesign roles for an AI-integrated world. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment
• Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices
• Coaching & Influence
• Pragmatic Problem Solving
• Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks
• Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool
