Contributes to internal development initiatives focused on standardizing analytic workflows and enhancing project execution efficiency.
Requirements
- Drafts Statistical Analysis Plans and analysis dataset specifications to scientifically document clinical analysis requirements.
- Provides statistical methodology support for standard and custom projects utilizing advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms for big data analysis and scientific evidence generation.
- Collaborates with business teams to develop AI tools and analytic platforms, optimizing prompt engineering and standardizing analytic workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Stays current with the latest AI research, evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies into business processes.
- Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, Java, or other programming languages, with basic knowledge of software development frameworks.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills are essential; the ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
