Role Overview
You will be responsible for ‘Happy Calls’ to existing customers, planning and accompanying small local events, and collaborating across locations with over 50 locations nationwide. You will gain comprehensive insights into a dynamically growing company.
What You Will Do
Your central task are so-called ‘Happy Calls’ to our existing customers with installed systems. You contact customers actively by phone, systematically collect customer satisfaction and collect structured feedback for the improvement of our services.

Requirements
- Fluent German skills on a native level are required for communication with our customers
- You are very communicative, persuasive and have no fear of phone calls, numbers and analyses
