Senior Go to Market Scaling Manager – Germany

Role Overview

As the Senior Go-to-Market Scaling Manager – Germany, you will be responsible for optimising the performance, positioning, and monetisation of Heartbeat AI within the German market. You will work closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to keep the German market performing at its full potential.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include fine-tuning pricing and packaging, identifying areas where existing structures are leaving value on the table, and driving changes to capture it. You will also develop a deep understanding of the unit economics behind Heartbeat AI in Germany and use that insight to shape monetisation strategy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial, product, or GTM role
• Confidence in optimising an already-established market
• Structured and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies
• Ambitious and impact-driven, yet humble and a strong influencer
• Strong grasp of unit economics and ability to translate margin and cost-structure insights into concrete pricing and product strategy
• Fluent in both sales/marketing and technology language
• Native in German and fluent in English (C1/C2), written and verbal
