Staff GTM Engineer

Role Overview

1Password is growing and looking for a Staff GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. The role involves designing, building, and scaling AI-powered workflows across sales, marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will have experience applying business strategy to go-to-market challenges, analytics experience, and strong technical experience with Python, SQL, and automation.

What You Will Do

The Staff GTM Engineer will design and implement AI-powered solutions, build automations for data enrichment, lead scoring, and sales intelligence, and develop Python scripts and internal APIs to connect and streamline SaaS platforms.

Requirements

• Experience applying business strategy to go-to-market challenges
• Analytics experience in data, go-to-market, marketing, solutions engineering, or a similar field
• Strong technical experience with Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, and automation across Software as a Service (SaaS) tools
• Experience applying AI to business workflows, governance, infrastructure, or operational processes
• Understanding of data enrichment, revenue automation, sales intelligence, and the systems that support sales, marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Demandbase, LeadIQ, Instantly, Smartlead, Zapier, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, Domo, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach
