Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer to plan and execute campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers across B2B and B2C. You’ll help plan, write, build, launch, test, and report on campaigns, then use the results to make data-driven recommendations that improve future strategy.

What You Will Do

Build and support the B2B and B2C campaign calendar aligned to product launches and business unit goals. Write subject lines, preheaders, body copy, and CTAs in the 1stMILE brand voice. Create content that retains customers, builds trust, and strengthens long-term relationships.

This is an entry-level role for a self-starter who can take a brief and run with it, and who uses AI to work faster and build smarter processes.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of related experience in digital, email, or campaign marketing (internships and freelance work count), B2B and/or B2C
• Self-starter who can manage campaigns from start to finish with growing independence
• Strong copywriting skills and design ability (Figma, Canva, Claude Design, or similar)
• Comfort with A/B testing, campaign metrics, and reporting
• Organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Comfort using AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day marketing work, from copy and creative to process building
