AI Operations Manager / Prompt Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Operations Manager / Prompt Engineer to work full-time on-site, who integrates modern AI tools productively into our projects and work processes.

What You Will Do

Develop, test, and optimize prompts for various use cases, work daily with AI tools, implement AI-driven workflows, and support project planning and coordination.

You should be very proficient in tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus, and similar applications, and have experience in project management or coordinating tasks, digital projects, services, or internal processes.

Requirements

• Practical experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus, or comparable applications
• Ability to write very good prompts and know how to achieve better results through clear instructions, context, examples, and iteration
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Experience in project management or coordinating tasks, digital projects, services, or internal processes
• Good understanding of digital tools, automation, processes, and efficient working methods
• Good German and English language skills
