FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

As a FP&A Analyst, you will partner with Billing, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to analyze billing performance, revenue trends, accounts receivable, and cash realization, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities. You will develop and maintain financial forecasts, variance analyses, KPI reporting, and management reporting that translate billing activity into clear business insights.

What You Will Do

You will analyze billing exceptions, denials, write-offs, aging, and revenue leakage to identify root causes and support corrective actions. You will build scalable reporting and analytics using Excel and Power BI, with experience working with large datasets; SQL experience, including platforms such as Snowflake, is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• +5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, revenue operations, billing analytics, or a related finance role
• Experience in finance and operational data, identifying trends, handling root cause analysis, and explaining underlying business drivers
• Experience carrying initiative with senior roles to finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
