Role Overview
The FP&A Sr Manager will collaborate with 3Mers around the world to support financial planning and analysis, drive business group finance operational rhythm, and provide insightful analytics for timely decision making.
What You Will Do
The role will involve analyzing relevant information, trends, and drawing conclusions to support strategic and operational planning, as well as leading financial analysis of business investment opportunities and portfolio initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Ten (10) years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Three (3) years of experience in a finance leadership role
