Role Overview
As a product marketer, you will develop the CHK semiconductor business and product strategy, creating solutions for complex challenges, and lead cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of 3M solutions.
What You Will Do
You will provide marketing leadership across customer insights, market research, new product introductions, strategic planning, and integrated communications, and plan, organize, and direct all marketing activities and policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Five years of experience in a P&L managing role with related product line or portfolio
- With at least 3 years of semiconductor experience, preferably in the CMP area
- Good project management experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Collaborative interpersonal style with experience leading project teams
- Passion and curiosity to address industry challenges
