Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will enable Global Business Services, business, finance and commercial success by supporting our GBS Analytics & Insights organization through data and analytics solutions, leveraging SQL-based reporting logic and Power BI dashboards.

What You Will Do

You will create and maintain order management, pricing, or digital marketing ad-hoc analysis and reporting, develop SQL queries to support customer data validation, and build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide insights into end-to-end value stream operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in reporting, analytics, business analysis, pricing analysis, financial analysis, marketing analytics or a related role
• Solid experience using SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, or reporting
• Solid experience in creating or maintaining dashboards in Power BI
• Solid experience in python-enabled exploratory analysis
• Awareness of generative AI tools for exploratory data analysis
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends or issues, and translate business requirements into reports or dashboards
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple regions, functions, and time zones
• Basic understanding of data governance principles
