Role Overview

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or solutions. Convert inquiries into sales by clearly communicating the value of our offerings. Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.

Conduct outbound calls, understand customer needs, convert inquiries into sales, follow up on marketing leads, keep accurate records of sales activities, deliver an excellent customer experience, and build long-term relationships.
